Warranty terms and conditions

This warranty guarantees the fault-free operation of the purchased laptop. Please read the following terms carefully.

Warranty period

New

24 months (2 years)

Open Box, C-REF, Used

12 months (1 year)

Battery warranty

The general warranty does not cover the laptop's battery. Its charge retention and the charger are covered by a 10-day warranty from the date of purchase.

If a defect is found

If a factory defect is found within 10 days of purchase, the laptop is fully replaced with a new device.

Service after 10 days

Any factory defects found after 10 days are repaired free of charge by the official Service Center.

The warranty is voided in the following cases

Mechanical damage to the device (dropping, cracks, signs of strong impact).
Liquid entering the device, or damage caused by moisture.
If the device was opened or repaired outside the Service Center, independently or by other technicians.
Burn damage resulting from sudden power surges in the electrical network.
